Description

Dryer filters in charging stations (whether for compressed air, refrigerants in HVAC/AC systems, or technical gases) play a crucial role in ensuring system protection and reliability.

Their main function is to remove moisture and impurities from the fluid circulating through the system.

Technical features

Moisture removal: Water or vapor can cause corrosion, ice formation at expansion points (valves, nozzles), and damage to components. In refrigerant systems, moisture may react with oil and gas, forming corrosive acids.
Protection from solid impurities: They trap particles such as dust, metal shavings, degraded oil residues, or oxides that could clog valves and small passages.
Improved efficiency and lifespan: A clean, dry circuit operates with more stable pressures and temperatures, reducing maintenance and failures.
Safety: They prevent malfunctions that could lead to overpressure, blockages, or even explosion risks in high-pressure systems.
